Bookings for BME Voices Talk Mental Health events can be made any time up three days before the event. Full payment would need to be made at the time of booking.

Hereafter; the term Events will mean conference or workshop.

Limitation of liability

BME Voices Talk Mental Health does not accept responsibility for accident, injury or loss suffered while attending one of our events unless it is directly due to negligence on its part.

BME Voices Talk Mental Health reserves the right to amend or cancel any event date.

BME Voices Talk Mental Health reserves the right to change a speaker at one of our events without offering a refund.

In the unlikely occurrence of an event being cancelled, BME Voices Talk Mental Health will refund any payments received.

BME Voices Talk Mental Health will not, however, refund any costs incurred as a result of this cancellation.

We reserve the right to change a speaker at one of our events without offering a refund. However, if a solo presenter cancels and the entire event is cancelled, we will offer a full refund.

Event refund policy

  • A full refund is permitted up to 30 days prior to any event.
  • If less than 30 days, no refunds are permitted.
  • If tickets have been purchased via the Eventbrite ticketing platform their booking fees are non-refundable

Events on demand Terms and Conditions

Once you have purchased your event on demand recording access is unlimited.

We reserve the right to change, update, remove or add content at any time.

Unless stated otherwise, copyright and all other rights are owned by BME Voices Talk Mental Health. You may not reproduce, transmit, distribute, sell or commercially exploit these Events on Demand recordings without the prior written consent of BME Voices Talk Mental Health or to the extent expressly permitted by law.

Using Events on Demand as a teaching tool or within an organisational setting or group requires an Institutional or Teaching Licence.

We will endeavour to make the Events on Demand available 24 hours every day. However, in the case of an unforeseen technical problem, we reserve the right to downtime in order to resolve this. In such cases, notice will be provided to you by email.

If you are dissatisfied with any of the Events on Demand please make a formal complaint to info@bmevoices.co.uk. We will do our upmost to resolve your complaint.

We reserve the right to recombine recordings into new packages, which may have cheaper pricing at a later date. These discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to Events on Demand already purchased.

Failure to operate within the terms and conditions set out above may result in your account being shut down without refunding your fee.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

BME Voices Talk Mental Health reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior warning.
